About the role:

As a Client Service Officer, you'll manage a caseload of clients, delivering high-quality, empathetic, and timely services. You'll be responsible for:

Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and build rapport.

Deliver empathetic, consistent, and timely services aligned with Customer Excellence Principles.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordinated and customer-focused outcomes.

Escalate complex matters to senior staff as appropriate.
n
Maintain accurate records and suggest process improvements.
n
Participate in a rotating phone roster and quality assurance reviews for calls and emails.

Experience working with or supporting people in a customer focused environment.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver consistent service.

Comfortable working in a structured, policy-driven environment.
