Sitting within the HR team, you will take ownership of the fortnightly payroll for approximately 190 employees across Australia and New Zealand. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, variety and being the go‐to person for payroll.

The Role
n

End-to-end fortnightly payroll across Australia & New Zealand
n
Process salaries, casual wages, commissions and incentive payments
n
Manage timesheets, overtime and employee changes
n
Payroll tax, STP,



superannuation and statutory compliance
n
New starters, terminations and leave entitlements
n
Month-end reporting and payroll reconciliations
n
Assist with EOFY processes
n
Identify opportunities to improve existing manual processes
n
Provide ad hoc support to the wider HR team
n

About You
n
n
4+ years' end-to-end payroll experience
n
Strong Australian payroll knowledge
n
Advanced Excel skills - essential
n
Payroll tax and compliance experience
n
NZ payroll experience advantageous but not essential
n
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
n
Polished, professional and confident dealing with stakeholders
n
Positive, proactive and happy to get involved wherever needed
n
