Mandatory Skills & Experience
n

Demonstrated experience producing technical documentation within ICT
projects/environments
n
High Level Designs (HLD), Detailed Designs (DD) and ideally As-Built documentation
n
Business Requirements Specifications / requirements documentation, working directly with BAs
n
Test Plans and Test Results — not merely proofreading documents created by testers
n
Implementation Plans,




deployment/transition
documentation
n
Operations Manuals, SOPs, As-Built Documents
n
User guides, training material, instructional documentation
n
Evidence of collaborating with BAs,
architects/designers,
engineers/developers,
testers, project teams and BAU/support teams
n
Ability to understand complex ICT information and turn it into explicit, structured documentation
n
Content creation, editing, document structure, templates, standards, version control/governance
n
UX design level 3 requirement — content should be designed around user needs, accessibility and ease of consumption
n
Research, identifying content gaps, style guides, accessibility guidelines; SEO is mentioned generically but is unlikely to be important for this AFP assignment
n
AFP/APS/Commonwealth
experience would strengthen the submission, particularly working in
controlled/governed
