Lennox will be a small, busy neighbourhood spot serving Allpress coffee, Butter Days pastries, toasties, jaffles and a simple food offering. We want it to feel relaxed, friendly and local — positive food and coffee with genuinely good hospitality.

Lennox will be a small, busy neighbourhood spot serving Allpress coffee, Butter Days pastries, toasties, jaffles and a simple food offering. We want it to feel relaxed, friendly and local — good food and coffee with genuinely good hospitality.

We're looking for someone confident across FOH who is comfortable working in a small team and keen to take some real ownership of the venue.

You'll be primarily based at Lennox Street Local and, for the right person,



we'd love this to become a role with plenty of autonomy. We'll be around to support and guide things, but ultimately we want someone we trust to take charge of the day-to-day, run a great service and help make Lennox their own.

Restaurant experience is preferred. We're particularly interested in someone who understands good service, enjoys looking after people and can bring that hospitality into a relaxed neighbourhood café.
n
Coffee experience is definitely a plus, but we're more interested in finding the right hospitality person than the perfect barista.

We're looking for someone who:

Has solid hospitality experience, preferably with a restaurant background

Is warm, relaxed and genuinely good with customers
n
Is confident running a busy service
n
Can open, close and take responsibility for a shift
n
Is organized, reliable and takes initiative
n
Is comfortable leading a small team
n
Cares about good food, coffee and hospitality
n
Wants some autonomy and the chance to have a real impact on a new venue

Lennox is the sister venue toButter Days Bakery in Malvern, and while this role will be focused on Lennox, we'd love to find someone who could eventually step up into a broader role working across both venues.
n
For someone ambitious, there's an opportunity to take ownership of Lennox first and, as things develop, progress into more responsibility across the two businesses.
n
We're a small independent team, so there's plenty of room for the right person to have a voice, bring ideas and grow with us.
