Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs
n
Manage multiple concurrent projects and project managers
n
Develop and maintain program plans, governance frameworks, and reporting
n
Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
n
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets
n
Ensure program outcomes align with strategic business objectives
n
Coordinate internal teams, partners, and third-party vendors
n




Provide regular updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
n
Support change management and business readiness activities
n

Profile
n
A successful Program Manager should have:
n

Solid background in project and program governance
n
Experience working across infrastructure, cyber, ERP or transformation initiatives
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Strong planning, budgeting, and risk management capabilities
n
Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments
n
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes
