Hours
n

Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM
n
5:00 AM - Start work on beef
n
6:30 AM - Break and trim lamb

Job Responsibilities

Process beef, lamb and pork according to industry standards
n
Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
n
Maintain high hygiene and safety standards
n
Follow daily production schedules and meet quality expectations

Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
