We're looking for an emerging HSEQ qualified who is passionate about safety, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to learn from experienced leaders in a growing and diverse operational environment.
n
Reporting to a highly experienced Head of Safety, you'll gain hands-on exposure across safety, environment, compliance, risk management, injury management, investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
What you'll be doing:
n
n
Partnering with operational leaders to strengthen safety culture and engagement
n
Supporting risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions
n
Assisting with audits, compliance activities and ISO management systems
n
Contributing to training, safety improvement programs and HSEQ initiatives
n
Developing your expertise across safety, environmental and compliance functions
n
n




What we're looking for:
n
n
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or currently completing)
n
A genuine passion for workplace safety and continuous improvement
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Experience in safety, compliance, operations or a related field is advantageous
n
