Independent Contractor – Prime Mover Fleet - Vic metro and regional

ATT Logistics is seeking independent transport contractors with their own prime mover fleets to support ongoing Victorian local and regional work.

Nature of Engagement

Engagement is on an independent contractor, business-to-business basis
n
Independent contractors operate under their own ABN
n
No employment, labour-hire, or worker relationship is offered or implied
n
Work is structured and planned to support ongoing operational demand, not ad-hoc runs
n
Work volumes are subject to commercial requirements and cannot be guaranteed
n

The Work
n
n
A blend of local and Victorian regional deliveries
n
No interstate linehaul
n
Monday to Friday day shift
n
Tautliner work with strong load restraint understanding a must.
n
Repeat, scheduled work suitable for fleet planning
n
n
Minimum Requirements
n
Fleet
n
n
Prime movers suitable for metro and regional operations
n
Fleet must meet ATT Logistics Fleet Standards (provided on application)
n
Vehicles maintained to a qualified and compliant standard
n




Maintenance and inspection records available
n
n
Insurance
n
n
Public Liability Insurance
n
Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance
n
Trailer in Control Insurance
n
Workers Compensation (where applicable)
n
n
People
n
n
Drivers engaged by independent contractors must hold full Australian work rights
n
Student visas or restricted work rights will not be considered
n
Appropriately licensed and competent drivers only
n
Evidence of lawful engagement and payment arrangements required
n

Compliance
n
n
Ability to meet Chain of Responsibility obligations
n
Participation in independent contractor onboarding and verification processes
n
Ongoing compliance monitoring applies as part of the commercial engagement
n
