Forklift Drivers / Production Operators – Day & Afternoon Shift

Recruiting Partners Australia is currently seeking experienced Forklift Drivers / Production Operators for ongoing roles with a well‐established manufacturing business.
n
If you hold a current forklift licence and have experience in warehousing, production, manufacturing or machine operation, we want to hear from you.
n
These are hands‐on positions combining forklift operation, production, batching/mixing, picking and packing and general factory duties.
n
Previous batching or chemical manufacturing experience is advantageous, but not essential for the right candidate — training will be provided.
n
Shifts & Pay
n
Day Shift – $***** per hour + super
n Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:30pm
n Friday: 6:00am–12:30pm
n
Afternoon Shift – $***** per hour + super
n Monday–Thursday: 2:30pm–11:00pm
n Friday: 12:30pm–9:00pm
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Operating a forklift as part of daily production and warehouse activities
n
Moving raw materials and finished products around the site
n
Batching and mixing raw materials according to production formulas
n
Operating and monitoring production and mixing equipment
n
Picking and packing finished products
n
Measuring and handling chemicals in accordance with site safety procedures
n
Loading, unloading and general materials handling
n
Completing basic quality checks and production documentation
n
Maintaining clean and safe production areas
n
Assisting across different areas of the factory when required
n
Following WHS,



environmental and site safety procedures
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Current Forklift Licence – ESSENTIAL
n
Previous forklift operating experience
n
Experience within warehousing, manufacturing, production or a similar environment
n
Machine operating, batching or mixing experience is highly regarded but not essential
n
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment where chemicals are handled
n
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
n
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
n
Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
n
Available to work either the day or afternoon shift on an ongoing basis
n
