We are currently seeking candidates available for 25 hours per week

Availability

You must be available from Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm

Shifts
n
Typically, 1-3 hours per client, with travel between multiple clients throughout the day
n
Renumeration
n
Level 3 $***** /hr + Super + NFP Salary packaging. Salary Packaging up to $18,550 + Paid travel time + Kilometers reimbursement + Paid training + EAP.

Shift Type
n
60% or more of your shifts will involve Domestic Assistance, along with Social Support and Personal Care, supporting Aged Care clients
n
Your Responsibilities
n
n
Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
n
Providing personal care and supporting clients with daily routines
n
Offering social and recreational support, from friendly conversations to accompanying clients on community outings
n
Transporting clients safely to appointments or social activities using your own vehicle
n
Running errands and providing general support to enhance clients' quality of life
n

About you
n
n
Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Community Services or a related field
n
A genuine passion for supporting people to live independently, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Caring, reliable and respectful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Confident driving and willing to travel to suburbs within the Brisbane North area
n
Confident in supporting clients living with dementia
n
n
Essential to have
n
n
Australian Working Rights
n
Current Australian Driver Licence - Open or Green P Plates.
n
Current Queensland motor vehicle registration, access to a reliable, insured roadworthy vehicle
n
n
Willing to obtain

Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
National Police Check
n
First Aid and CPR
n
