Key responsibilities
Own and manage OSS applications, ensuring high availability and operational stability
Provide L2 technical support and act as the escalation point for complex issues
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and permanent resolution of incidents
Ensure compliance with SLAs, operational KPIs, and service commitments
Support major incident management and service restoration activities
Plan and execute upgrades, patching, migrations, and decommissioning activities
Perform proactive health checks, capacity reviews, and performance optimization
Develop and maintain operational procedures, knowledge articles,



and technical documentation
Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce operational effort
Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance to support teams
About you
Robust OSS/NMS platform knowledge (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco)
VMware, virtualization, and infrastructure knowledge
SQL and database administration
Scripting and automation experience (Shell/Python preferred)
ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management knowledge
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Available for on call support in case of issues and emergency support and planned changes for the applications managing
