Home Health Rehab is a team of dedicated mobile physiotherapists and occupational therapists delivering high-quality care across Geelong, Surf Coast and the Bellarine. We're passionate about helping people recover, adapt and thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

We're looking for a physiotherapist to join our team 2–3 days per week, with flexibility around your preferred working days.

What You'll Do
n
n
Provide person-centred physiotherapy in home and community settings across Geelong, with regular travel as far north as Lara
n
Assess mobility, balance and functional capacity to develop individualised treatment plans
n
Deliver post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation
n
Deliver individual 1:1 hydrotherapy sessions
n
Prescribe walking aids and develop tailored home exercise programs
n
Work collaboratively with clients,



families, carers and other health professionals
n
Support clients to remain active, independent and engaged in their community
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Bachelor of Physiotherapy with full AHPRA registration
n
Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience
n
Current Police Check
n
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
n
Strong clinical reasoning, communication and time-management skills
n
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
n
Experience in community or home-based physiotherapy
n
Ongoing commitment to CPD (particularly in gerontology)
n
