We are seeking aQualified Automotive Mechanic/ Motor Technicianto join our expanding service teams in Oakey.
n
Responsibilities
n
Providing expert advice in relation to current mechanical condition of vehicles
n
Taking all necessary steps to diagnose to ensure the correct operation of vehicles.
n
Repairing the mechanical parts of the motor vehicle such as the engine, transmission and the suspension systems
n
Reporting all necessary work, service or repairs.
n
Providing guidance and training to apprentice service technicians
n




Maintaining a safe working environment through ensuring the correct operation of all tools and specialised equipment.
n
Demonstrate behaviours that align with company policies, organisational values.
n
Contribute to building a positive team spirit.
n
Requirements
n
Trade qualification as aMotor Mechanic or 4th year apprentice.
n
Minimum 4 years experience.
n
Must hold a current driver's license.
n
A desire to achieve results.
n
Previous dealership experience will be highly regarded but not essential.
n
Roadworthy Inspection Certificate is highly desirable but not essential.
n
