Menarock LIFE is seeking passionate and experienced Personal Care Assistants to join our dedicated team providing quality aged care services at our Glen Waverley home. In these part-time and casual roles, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities and ensuring their overall comfort and wellbeing.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Providing personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
n
Helping residents with mobility, transfers and ambulation
n
Serving meals and assisting with feeding as required
n
Documenting resident care activities and reporting any changes in condition
n
Engaging residents in social and recreational activities to promote their wellbeing
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable living environment for residents
n
Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and safety standards
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Relevant qualifications in aged care, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support
n
Previous experience working as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role in an aged care setting
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with elderly residents
n




Compassionate and patient nature with a genuine desire to enhance the quality of life for older adults
n
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
n
Commitment to providing the highest standards of care and adhering to all regulatory requirements
n
