Responsible for providing practice leadership on risk assessment, risk management and planning for family violence cases and perpetrator interventions.
n
Proactively build specialist evidence-based family violence knowledge and capability across the Orange Door workforce in line with the Orange Door Service Model and Integrated Practice Framework.
n
Lead, mentor and develop your specialist family violence team.
n
Provide specialist family violence expertise to the process of intake and assessment of responses to children's safety and wellbeing.
n
Deliver effective, culturally safe and responsive services in a multi-agency practice.
n
n
The Ideal Candidate will bring:
n
n
Expert knowledge and experience working in specialist family violence social services leadership roles
n
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to drive cultural change
n
Experience in stakeholder partnerships & professional relationship building
n
Drive commitment enthusiasm
n
Valid Victorian Driver's Licence |Working With Children Check |Police Check
n




Minimum of Bachelor in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Family Therapy or substantial experience in a related field. *Family Safe Victoria's Minimum Mandatory Qualifications Requirements were introduced on 1st July, **** and further details are available at
