Reporting to the Maintenance Manager:

Install, fabricate, maintain plant machinery and equipment
n
Maintain workshop and parts
n
Perform troubleshooting, adjustments, repairs and preventative maintenance
n
Troubleshoot mechanical faults, production breakdowns and production start-ups
n
n
Essential
n
n
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Maintenance tradesperson or similar
n
Related trade qualifications
n
Demonstrated high level of safety behaviour
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
High degree of independence, maturity and initiative
n
Proven ability to priorities and manage workloads efficiently and demonstrate flexibility in handling changing priorities
n
Rotating on-call roster
n
n
Desirable
n
n
Experience in an FMCG workplace or with automation, steam or gas appliances
n
Forklift / EWP License
n
Restricted Electrical License
n
Welding experience
n
Drivers License
