This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Strata Manager looking for more than just portfolio management. The Role:

You will take ownership of a well-managed portfolio of approximately 1,000 lots while working within a supportive and collaborative team.
n
Alongside managing your own portfolio, you will act as a mentor to junior Strata Managers and team members, providing guidance, sharing your industry knowledge and helping develop the next generation of strata professionals.
n This role would suit an experienced Strata Manager who is confident running their own portfolio and is looking for the chance to progress into a more senior position within a growing business.
n Key Responsibilities
n

End-to-end management of a strata portfolio of approximately 1,000 lots
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders
n
Chair and attend AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
n
Prepare and manage budgets and financial requirements
n
Coordinate maintenance, repairs and major works
n
Ensure schemes remain compliant with NSW strata legislation
n
Provide professional advice and practical solutions to committees and owners
n
Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalates
n
Mentor and support junior Strata Managers and other team members
n




Share knowledge and contribute to the development of the wider team
n
Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the business
n

About You:

Previous experience as a Strata Manager or Senior Strata Manager
n
Proven experience successfully managing a substantial strata portfolio
n
Strong understanding of NSW strata legislation and industry requirements
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Confident managing committees and complex strata matters
n
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
A team-focused approach and willingness to support others
n
Ambitious and interested in becoming a senior part of a growing business
