Experienced Infant Nanny Wanted | Part-Time | Inner South-East Melbourne

We are a warm and welcoming family looking for an experienced, nurturing and reliable nanny to help care for our beautiful 2-month-old baby boy.
n
We are ideally looking for someone who has extensive experience with newborns and young infants, is confident with baby care and enjoys becoming a trusted part of a family's support network.
n
The role
n
3–6 hours per shift
n
2–3
afternoons/evenings
per week
n
Ongoing part time position
n
n
Inner South-East Melbourne
n
Flexibility around days/times is appreciated
n
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
Providing attentive, nurturing care for our baby
n
Bottle feeding, winding and settling
n
Nappy changes and general infant care
n
Following and supporting our baby's feeding and sleep routine
n
Preparing and sterilising bottles
n
Baby laundry and keeping baby areas tidy
n
Taking baby for walks and age-appropriate activities
n
Light household assistance,



particularly tasks relating to the baby
n
Helping with other reasonable duties expected of an experienced nanny
n
n
We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced and confident caring for newborns/young infants
n
Warm, gentle, patient and attentive
n
Reliable, responsible and safety-conscious
n
Proactive and comfortable working independently
n
Respectful of family routines and preferences
n
Looking for a consistent, ongoing position
n
n
Essential requirements:
n
n
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
n
Current whooping cough (pertussis) vaccination
n
Current influenza vaccination
n
Relevant nanny/childcare experience
n
References available
n
