What You'll Do:
n
Set up and operate cutting-edge AV technology across audio, vision, lighting, staging, and IT
n
Execute corporate events, conferences, and gala dinners with confidence and precision
n
Take ownership of event execution, on-site client liaison, and crew leadership
n
Provide outstanding customer service and uphold Microhire's values of integrity, respect, and professionalism
n
What You'll Bring:
n
Hands‐on AV experience across live events, staging,



or conferencing
n
Solid technical knowledge in audio, lighting, vision, and IT systems
n
Experience working directly with clients and as part of a team
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Rigging or EWP certifications highly regarded
n
Must be Sydney-based and flexible with working hours (including evenings/weekends)
