About the role
n
A supervisory role overseeing bar & gaming operations with strong attention to detail. You will lead by example with a professional, calm and proactive approach, building genuine rapport with locals and delivering consistent, friendly customer service.

Key responsibilities
n
Oversee bar & gaming operations with strong attention to detail.
n
Nights and weekend close shifts - 10pm close Sunday - Thursday and midnight close Friday & Saturday
n
Build genuine rapport with locals and deliver consistent, friendly customer service
n
Support and guide staff across multiple areas of the venue
n
Ensure compliance with cash handling, licensing and stock control procedures
n
Maintain venue presentation and ensure high service standards
n
Train, coach and mentor staff to improve confidence and consistency
n
Handle customer issues with fairness,



maturity and a guest focused mindset
n
Keep shifts organised, efficient and well managed from start to finish
n
Lead by example with a professional, calm and proactive approach
n
Be a trustworthy, reliable point of contact for both customers and team members
n
About you
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or hospitality management role
n
Trustworthy, dependable and hands on, with robust leadership skills
n
Excellent customer service skills, especially with regular locals and community minded patrons
n
Solid attention to detail and pride in maintaining a well run venue
n
Confident managing multiple areas at once (bar, gaming, TAB compliance)
n
Strong communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
n
A leader who motivates through actions and a positive attitude
n
Flexible availability including nights, weekends and public holidays
n
