We are searching for an experienced and customer focused skilled to start as a Customer Service Officer with our client in Mackay. This role will suit candidates with a high attention to detail, who are customer focused and efficient at delivering a high quality service.

Role Description

Develop and maintain customer relationships
n
Provide customer service via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails
n
Liaise with colleagues to deliver orders and stock information efficiently
n
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
n
Take all incoming customer enquiries and refer them to other departments if required (estimating, scheduling, etc.)
