Role: Production Operator
n Location: Picton Site
n Employment Type: Full-Time
n Key responsibilities include:
n

Operating and monitoring food production equipment to ensure secure and efficient production.
n
Setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting processing equipment as required.
n
Maintaining product quality and ensuring production targets are achieved.
n
Conducting routine equipment checks and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements.
n
Following GMP, food safety, quality, and hygiene standards at all times.
n
Completing production records and documentation accurately.
n
Supporting changeovers, start-ups, shutdowns, and cleaning activities.
n
Working collaboratively with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
n




Complying with all site safety procedures and proactively identifying hazards and improvement opportunities.
n
n
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience operating food manufacturing or processing equipment.
n
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
n
A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
n
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
n
Good communication and teamwork skills.
n
Flexibility to work across different production areas as required.
n
n
Experience within the food manufacturing industry would be highly regarded.
