Home Delivery Service (HDS) is recruiting experienced order pickers and pallet rider operators to join our new Acacia Ridge Distribution Centre. We're looking for operators who enjoy a fast paced workplace, work safely and accurately, and consistently achieve productivity targets.
About the Role:
As an Order Picker Operator, you'll use a pallet rider picking equipment and RF scanners to accurately pick customer orders. This role suits people who enjoy staying active, working efficiently, and being part of a high-performing warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a pallet rider equipment safely at all times
Pick customer orders using RF scanners
Meet productivity and accuracy targets




Perform repetitive manual handling throughout the shift
Work across Ambient, Chiller, or Freezer areas where required
Follow all WHS and food safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
RF scanning experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse
Strong focus on safety and quality
Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
Comfortable with repetitive manual handling
