About the Role
n
The Network Specialist supports the development and ongoing operation of Geely Australia's dealer network. Working closely with Network Managers and cross-functional teams, the role provides coordination and analytical support across dealer appointments, onboarding, network development, dealer performance, standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support Network Managers in the day-to-day management and development of the dealer network.
n
Assist with dealer prospect assessment, appointments, onboarding, relocations, upgrades and other network development activities.
n
Coordinate dealer onboarding documentation, internal approvals, implementation timelines and related communications.
n
Maintain accurate dealer network information, records, agreements and supporting documentation.
n
Monitor and analyse dealer performance against agreed KPIs and business objectives.
n
Collect, consolidate and review dealer operational, sales and financial information and prepare regular reports and presentations.
n
Identify performance trends, risks and areas requiring follow-up, and support preparation for dealer performance reviews.

Support implementation and monitoring of dealer standards, policies, Corporate Identity (CI) requirements and operational compliance.
n
Coordinate dealer audits, documentation and follow-up actions, and track corrective actions through to completion.
n
Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and other internal stakeholders on dealer network initiatives.
n
Support network planning projects, dealer programs, policies, processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Undertake other reasonable duties and projects related to the Company's business operations as required.

About You
n
n
Approximately 2-5 years' relevant experience in automotive dealer operations, dealer network, sales operations, business operations or a related commercial role.
n
Previous experience within an automotive OEM, importer, distributor or dealership group is highly regarded.
n
Exposure to dealer onboarding, network development, dealer performance or operational coordination is advantageous.
n
Good understanding of automotive dealership operations and key dealer performance drivers.
n
Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data, reports and performance metrics.
n
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on actions.
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other business reporting tools.
n
Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
n
