What you will be doing:
n
n
Clinic-based position but if you are interested in doing off-site visits this can be arranged by the clinic
n
Opportunities to complete your admin from home
n
Ages 0-12 with a variety of
disabilities/developmental
delays - staff can tailor their caseload to the area of their interest
n
OT services include fine and gross motor skills, oral input and/or feeding, emotional regulation, self-care skills, sleep and attention and concentration
n
Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist role available for more experienced applicants
n
n
How you will be supported
n
The company has developed a structured onboarding and induction program (including shadowing sessions) so you feel completely settled in your role. There is also a gradual increase in the number of clients seen per day, you will not be thrown in the deep end!
n
Support is determined by your level of experience and your needs.



Weekly supervision is on offer with a highly experienced OT Team Leader as well as regular team meetings and internal PD. The company also offers an incredible PD allowance of up to $5,000.

Well above award pay with salaries ranging from $95,000 - $120,000 + Super

What you will need:
n

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
Minimum 3 years experience
n
Full AHPRA registration
n
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
