Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking experienced and reliable Production Workers / Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production setting and takes pride in producing quality work while maintaining a strong focus on safety, located in Ipswich Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities
n
Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
n
Assist with machine set-up, operation, and changeovers.
n
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
n
Identify and report machine faults or maintenance requirements.
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
n
Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily targets.
n
Assist with training and supporting team members where required.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and workplace efficiencies.
n
Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
n
About You
n
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operating environment.
n
Solid commitment to workplace safety and quality.
n
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic production issues.
n




Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
n
Able to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
n
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
n
Reliable Transport to and from site.
