V Corp is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our thriving team in Parramatta, NSW. This full-time position will provide our growing client base with comprehensive financial analysis and mortgage broking services.

What you'll be doing
n
Assess and evaluate clients' financial situations to determine their creditworthiness and borrowing capacity
n
Calculate loan servicing capacity for PAYG and self‐employed clients
n
Liaise with lenders and financial institutions to secure the best mortgage products and rates for clients
n
Educate clients on the mortgage application process and guide them through each step
n
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the loan lifecycle
n
Identify new business opportunities and proactively market the company's mortgage solutions
n
Provide exceptional customer service and support to build long‐term client relationships
n
What we're looking for
n
Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field
n
Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, preferably within a Mortgage Broking Firm with over 3 years of experience
n




Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
n
Thorough understanding of residential mortgage products, lending criteria, and regulatory requirements
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
n
Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‐quality work
n
