Role Overview
We are seeking a HR Senior Specialist - Recruitment to join our Human Resources team.
This key role will support our recruitment strategies by managing and enhancing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business units.
The position focuses on sourcing, engaging, and securing high-calibre talent to meet the company's evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from vacancy identification to candidate onboarding ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with business requirements
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning needs
Build and maintain talent pipelines using various sourcing channels including digital platforms, networking, and referrals
Maintain recruitment data integrity and provide accurate reporting and recruitment metrics to stakeholders




Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance EnerMech's reputation as an employer of choice
Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and hiring quality
Additional duties
may include supporting other HR initiatives as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum 4-6 years recruitment experience, preferably within engineering, energy, or technical industries
Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment including high-volume and specialist roles
Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Sound understanding of recruiting best practices, employment legislation, and compliance
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a rapid-paced environment
Ability to maintain clea data, and upt o date reports where required
