Rise Bakeryin Hamilton is looking for a skilled, energetic, and detail-orientedFull-Time Barista (40 hours/week)to join our vibrant team.
About the Role
As our lead barista, you will be the heartbeat of our morning rush, pairing specialty coffee with our artisanal pastries and fresh bread.
Position:Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Schedule:5 days a week with2 consecutive days off
Location:Rise Bakery, Hamilton
Key Responsibilities
Consistently dial in, extract, and serve top-quality coffee efficiently during peak hours.
Craft precise milk texture and clean latte art at high speed.
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked espresso stations.
Engage warmly with our regular guests and build community connection.




Assist with basic register operations and beverage menu management.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:Minimum 2+ years working in a high-volume café or specialty coffee environment.
Proficiency:Deep understanding of espresso extractions, grinder calibration, milk steaming, and latte art.
Punctuality & Energy:Reliable, fast-paced, and positive under pressure.
Team Player:Great communication skills and a strong work ethic.
