Private Practice Medical Consulting is growing, and we're looking for aswitched on, fast paced Junior Assistantwithmedical reception experience and strong Best Practice skillswho is ready for something more.
This isn't another reception job.
You'll work directly alongside our Director and get behind the scenes exposure tomedical practice operations, start ups, systems, projects and healthcare consulting.
What You'll Get Involved In
Supporting the Director with client projects and administration
Assisting withnew medical centre set ups
Creating policies, procedures, templates and practice resources
Working withBest Practice, Canva, Monday, Smartsheet and other systems
Using AI tools to work smarter, faster, research, create, problem solve and improve efficiency
Finding ways to useAI and technology to streamline everyday tasks
Attending medical practices to provide hands on administrative support
Learning about PRODA, healthcare operations and thebusiness side of medicine
Potentialinterstate travelwith the Director

Experienced inmedical reception




Proficient in Best Practice medical software
Fast paced and able to keep up in a busy, changing environment
Quick to learn and quick to action
Organised, efficient and reliable
Tech savvy and confident learning new systems
Comfortable using or keen to learn more aboutAI
A strong communicator with great attention to detail
Proactive and willing to bring ideas to the table
Able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
Comfortable working remote and attending client sites when required
