What you'll be doing
Own the day-to-day running ofThe Bottle-O drive-thru
Lead, roster and train the team while staying visible during trade
Keep shelves and fridges stocked, organised and ready for customers
Manage ordering, stocktakes, deliveries and stock control
Recruit new team members
Keep every shift safe, compliant and running smoothly
What we're looking for
Bottle shop, retail or hospitality leadership experience—or a strong supervisor ready to step up




Someone who genuinely enjoys chatting with locals and getting to know the regulars
A hands-on leader who sets clear expectations, supports the team and pitches in
Strong organisation across rosters, stock, deliveries and computer-based admin
The ability to safely unload deliveries, move cartons and handle the physical side of the role
Flexibility across nights, weekends and public holidays, plus a current Queensland RSA; Forklift Licence preferred
