Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our busy team at Burwood.
The position willassist our GPs both in the treatment room and with care plans and health assessments.
Preferred Skills and Responsibilities
Experience in Health Assessments, Care Plans and chronic disease management is preferred but not essential
Dressing and Wound care practice
Immunisations and other injections
Ability to maintain Reminder and Recall Systems
Assistance with uploads to eHealth
Cold-chain management knowledge
Experience with ordering and maintaining stock control
Assisting with procedures and general nursing duties
Best Practice knowledge is desirable but not essential.
