We are the industry leader in the delivery of pre-employment medical assessments and pre-employment work fitness assessments, and offer additional services in health surveillance, injury management and prevention, drug and alcohol screenings, and health and wellness.
About the role:
We are seeking aFull Time Phlebotomistwho aligns with our values and who is focused on providing high quality medical assessments in a qualified manner to ensure lasting business relationships with our clients.
Duties include blood and urine collection, drug and alcohol testing, biometrics including height, weight, vision, and taking blood pressure.
The position is in Bankstown, NSW and you will be provided with a tailored training program being delivered by our Senior Nurse Leaders upon commencement.
We ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to perform consistent and quality medical assessments through your professional expertise.
What we need from you:
Demonstrated experience in pathology collection.
Cert III or IV in Pathology Collection (optional)
Previous experience or accreditation in drug and alcohol testing (highly regarded)
Must have experience taking bloods with young infants




Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to best practice, ethical behaviour and conduct
