We are recruiting Community Support Workers to deliver personal care, domestic assistance, medication support, and social and respite services across the Illawarra region. Permanent part-time positions are available with flexibility to suit your work-life balance.

Pay rate: $***** – $*****/hour (depending on experience and qualifications) + travel time between clients + KM reimbursement + NFP Salary Packaging

What you'll be doing
n
n
Provide personal care and grooming support tailored to individual participant needs
n
Assist with domestic tasks including light cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping
n
Support accurate medication administration as prescribed by a medical professional
n
Provide social support and respite within participants' homes and communities
n




Document participant wellbeing and report any significant changes to the care team
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent — completed or working towards (fee‐free course options may be available)
n
Genuine commitment to supporting people with a disability and/or who are ageing
n
Current First Aid Certificate
n
Current NSW Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
n
n
Checks required (or willingness to obtain)
n
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Working with Children Check
n
National Criminal History Check
n
n
Desirable (highly regarded)
n
n
Experience providing support in aged care or disability settings
n
Experience working with people from CALD backgrounds
n
Fluency in a language other than English
n
n
