In this role, you'll provide high-quality clinical care, support residents to live with dignity and independence and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for those in your care.

Overview

9 day fortnight - 72 hours per fortnight
n
Working across a 7 day roster
n
Supported by CN's
n
Facility Manager is also Clinical
n
Looking for experienced Aged Care RN's
n
Will consider Aged Care RN's from NZ
n
$57 - $58 per hour + super (above award rates)
n
NFP Provider = Salary packaging perks
n
Can assist with temporary accommodation
n
Eligible for Rural LAP relocation Assistance
n

Key Responsibilities
n




Deliver holistic, person-centred nursing care to residents
n
Support, mentor, and guide care staff in daily clinical practice
n
Conduct clinical assessments and manage care plans
n
Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
n
Liaise with residents' families, GPs, and allied health professionals
n
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and policies
n
Requirements
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Experience as an RN in residentialaged care
n
Knowledge of the recent changes to the Aged Care Standards
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
A proactive approach to clinical care and safety
n
