As a Colour Consultant at SP Thorne Homes', you will play a vital role in guiding our customers through the exciting process of selecting the perfect colours and finishes for their new homes. This full time position is based in our Gympie showroom, where you will work closely with our team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Consult with customers to understand their style preferences and design goals
n
Provide expert advice on the latest colour trends, complementary palettes, and suitable options for their home
n
Assist customers in selecting paint colours, flooring, tiles, cabinetry, and other finishes
n
Coordinate with the design team to ensure all selections align with the overall project vision
n
Maintain detailed customer records and manage the colour selection process
n




Provide excellent customer service and create a positive, memorable experience for our clients
n
What we're looking for
n
Proven experience as a colour consultant, interior designer, or in a similar customer-facing role
n
Strong understanding of colour theory, design principles, and current trends in the home building industry
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and understand customer needs
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
n
Passion for creating beautiful living spaces and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
n
Familiarity with home building or construction industry is highly desirable
