Your Westpac Journey

When you start: You'll start with us as a permanent employee in February.

Day to day: You'll complete a rotational program to help you to learn about different parts of your business area.



Your program will be packed full of different roles, teams and project experiences.

Throughout the year: Participate in an award-winning learning and development program, including tailored training sessions to build and strengthen your technical and soft skills.

How you are supported: There will be lots of support to help you make the most of the experience, including a mentoring and buddy program.

After the program: You'll be supported in finding a role which suits your capabilities, goals and interests.
