Responsibilities:

Delivering change management and program outcomes on schedule, within budget and aligned with organisational goals and objectives.

Effectively engaging with stakeholders to conduct and deliver detailed and accurate change impact assessments.
n
Identifying and mitigating resistance to change using proactive strategies and interventions.
n
Understanding and reporting on change impact as well as identifying overlapping areas and gaps, continuous improvement plans and strategies.
