Job Description
Northern Beaches Hospital is seeking an After-Hours Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership across acute mental health services.
You will lead after-hours operations for NBH Mental Health In-Patient Units, PECC, and related services, ensuring secure bed management and patient flow, while guiding multidisciplinary team in a complex environment.
The role requires nursing leadership experience in mental health settings and the ability to manage after-hours staffing, resources, and patient flow
