Revenue Officer
n Location: Sunshine, VIC
n Pay Rate: $39 per hour + Super
n Duration: 6-Week Temporary Assignment
n
An opportunity is available for an experienced Revenue Officer to join a local council based in Sunshine on a short-term assignment. This role will provide administrative and customer service support within the Revenue team, assisting with rates, revenue and financial administration activities while delivering a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Revenue team.
n
Process data entry and maintain accurate records.
n
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and over the counter.
n
Assist with rates and revenue-related administration.
n
Prepare routine correspondence and documentation.
n
Provide accurate information and procedural advice to customers.
n
Support the team with general revenue and financial administration tasks as required.
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
n
n
A Certificate in Business, Finance or a related discipline, and/or experience in a rates,



revenue or financial environment.
n
Previous experience in administration, data entry or clerical support.
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Excellent customer service skills with a qualified and courteous manner.
n
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
n
The ability to manage enquiries and provide clear procedural advice.
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
n
n
