Your New Role:
This role plays an important part of our sales process. We receive a high volume of calls and enquiries about our products and you will become an integral part of the team taking sales orders.
Working in a challenging and busy environment this role requires a motivated and positive individual who can liaise effectively with our Customers and internal stakeholders. The Customer Service department is fundamental to the operations of the Company.
Responsibilities include:




Answering inbound calls promptly from our customers and sales staff
Daily order entry including providing solutions and answering product questions
Responding to online / email orders and enquiries

Filing of orders/picking slips and con notes on a daily basis
Photocopying of documents upon request
Marking off, of daily packing slip sheets for invoicing
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaintsMaintain good relationships with customers
Plan work allocation and identify priorities
Update and maintain information on computer systems
