About the role
n
Own the health, performance and growth of an allocated insurance-client portfolio. Build trusted relationships, expand CMS services within existing organisations and partner with delivery teams to deliver on client commitments.

Duties

Manage client relationships and maintain structured contact cadences
n
Grow accounts across teams, branches, divisions and service lines
n
Introduce CMS services and establish client pilot programs
n
Monitor referral, engagement and account-performance metrics
n
Resolve issues and coordinate commitments with delivery teams
n

Skills & experience
n
n
Insurance,



workers compensation or personal injury experience
n
Account management experience with complex corporate clients
n
Credibility with claims teams and senior decision-makers
n
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and performance-reporting capability
n
Current driver's licence; NSW travel and required checks
n
Established portfolio of warm client relationships
n
Genuine autonomy over account management and growth
n
Team-oriented team focused on long-term relationships
