About the role

Fidler Industrial has an chance for a highly
motivatedsupervisor.

In this role you will be required to assist in the following,
n
n
Coordinating and managing team members on maintenance outages across a number of sites in the Bowen Basin.
n




Demonstratinga commitment to safety and provide leadership in this area to Fidar Industrial work Groups
n
Building and maintain relationships with clients
n
Attending client meetings to provide assistance/input in up and coming maintenance eventsas required
n
Actively manage individual performance of team members
n
n
Skills and experience
n
n
Demonstrated Leadership skills
n
S1 S2 S3 and G2
n
Trade Qualification -highly regarded
n
Previous experience supervising on a QLD Minesite.
n
Sound computer Skills
n
Sound Knowledge of Draglines and Rope Shovels
