Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs on commercial electronic security systems
n
Diagnose technical faults across access control, IP CCTV, intercoms, and alarm installations
n




Work closely with the service manager and clients to deliver practical, long term security solutions
n
Respond to client callouts and provide friendly on site technical support
n
Share industry knowledge with colleagues and support a positive team environment
n
Participate in an easy, well supported 1 in 8 week after hours on call roster
n
n
Ideal Background
n
n
3 years of hands on experience as a security technician in electronic security
n
Background in commercial access control, IP CCTV, and alarm systems
n
Valid Security Providers Licence, ACMA Cablers Licence, and General Construction Induction Card
n
Good communication skills with a focus on delivering reliable customer service
