The Role
n
As a Registered Nurse in aged care, you'll:
n
Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred clinical care
n
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
n
Provide leadership and clinical guidance to care staff
n
Ensure safe, effective, and individualised care for residents
n
Contribute to clinical risk management and continuous improvement
n
Advocate for residents' dignity, choices, and wellbeing
n
What We're Looking For
n

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Minimum 1 year nursing experience (aged care highly regarded)
n




Solid clinical judgement and confidence in decision‐making
n
Reliable, adaptable, and genuinely compassionate approach
n
Commitment to quality care and resident outcomes
