We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team and oversee a commercial construction project in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

About the Role
n
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional who can confidently manage day-to-day construction operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, maintain production schedules and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage and coordinate a commercial construction project from commencement through to completion
n
Supervise trades, subcontractors and site personnel
n
Maintain project schedules, productivity and quality standards
n
Coordinate materials, deliveries and site activities
n
Ensure OH&S; requirements and site safety procedures are followed
n
Identify and resolve construction issues efficiently
n
Liaise with the clients, contractors, suppliers and project management
n
Monitor progress and ensure works remain on schedule
n
Maintain a strong production focus while achieving quality outcomes
n

About You
n




The successful applicant will have:
n
n
Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Site Manager or similar
n
Strong experience in commercial construction
n
Experience managing projects of this size in a production environment
n
Excellent understanding of construction processes and site operations
n
Strong OH&S; knowledge and competency
n
Ability to lead and coordinate trades and subcontractors
n
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
n
A practical, hands-on approach with a strong focus on safety, quality and productivity
n
