We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a growing construction team delivering projects across Tamworth and the surrounding region.
This is an ongoing casual contract for an initial 6–12 months, working Monday to Friday, with a start available in approximately 2 weeks.

About the Role
Working closely with site and project teams, you will support the secure delivery of construction works across multiple projects. Responsibilities will include:
Conducting site inspections, audits and safety observations
Reviewing SWMS, risk assessments and HSE documentation
Supporting toolbox talks, pre-starts and site inductions
Monitoring site compliance and implementing corrective actions
Assisting with incident reporting and investigations
Working closely with supervisors, subcontractors and project management
About You
To be considered, you will need:
Previous HSE/WHS experience within construction
Must be based locally in Tamworth or the surrounding area
Cert IV, Diploma or relevant qualification in WHS/HSE
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and construction safety requirements
Experience with audits, inspections, risk assessments and safety documentation
Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with site crews
Current driver's licence
Available to commence within approximately 2 weeks
