We're looking for an organised and detail-focused National Subscriptions Administrator to help manage our growing portfolio of customer subscriptions.
n
The Role
n
Working across Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Product, you'll help keep subscriptions, renewals and billing running smoothly.
n
You'll manage subscription changes, maintain accurate records, respond to customer and internal enquiries and ensure information is kept up to date across our systems.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Process new subscriptions, renewals, amendments and cancellations
n
Manage subscription billing and scheduled bill runs
n
Monitor renewals and upcoming contract changes
n
Respond to customer and internal subscription enquiries
n
Maintain accurate subscription and billing information
n
Review invoices, credits and payments
n
Work with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve issues
n
Support reporting and continuous improvement of subscription processes
n
n




About You
n
You're organised, accurate and enjoy working with systems, numbers and people.
n
You bring:
n
n
Experience in administration, billing, subscriptions, sales support or a similar role
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n
Confidence working with business systems and data
n
Intermediate Excel skills
n
A proactive, problem-solving approach
n
n
Experience with ERP systems, subscription or recurring revenue models, bookkeeping or purchasing workflows will be highly regarded.
