Online Fulfilment & Customer Service Assistant (Casual)

Calexico is a luxury fashion boutique group in Brisbane's James Street Precinct, two stores and a fast-growing online business. We're after an energetic casual to help get our online orders out the door each morning.
n
Mornings only, 8am to 1pm. Shifts run seven days and can be split between two people, so it fits around class. Weekend availability is important.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
n
Pick, check and pack online orders - beautifully, and on time for the daily cutoff
n
Prepare Click & Collect and delivery orders
n
Process returns and exchanges, check condition and update stock
n
Help online customers with orders, sizing and styling questions
n
Work alongside our Ecommerce and Boutique teams
n
