What We're Looking For:
Minimum12 months' experiencein early childhood settings




Robust understanding of theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Confidence withdigital programming and documentation tools
Child Protection Training(usually in your transcript) & GECKO Child Safety Training
Working With Children Check&First; Aid certificate
Understanding ofEducation and Care National Regulations
Knowledge ofchild development (0–6 years)
Warm, professional, andteam-oriented attitude
Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills
